We have made a small selection from our many transactions where we REPRESENTED BUYERS. We selected these homes to give you an idea of our successful negotiations for our buyers. We selected these homes below as examples either because we were able to negotiate a great price for our buyers, because the purchase ended up being far better than the buyer had anticipated, and to show you that we have success in neighborhoods around the island. We often work with buyers moving to Hawaii or buying a vacation home and love explaining the nuances of construction and purchase contract differences.

Colony Surf

 
The list price was $1,850,000 and the buyer's offer, which was slightly lower at $1.8M, was accepted.  There was another buyer interested in the unit and it was very important to our buyer to purchase this particular unit because she had always hoped to connect this unit with the one beside it. We also negotiated a purchase on our client's behalf for that unit. There was literally a buyer who had made an offer, and the seller was going to accept it. Luckily we convinced the listing agent that the seller should accept our client's offer instead, and our client was able to buy both units.

Hawaii Loa Ridge

 
This Hawaii Loa Ridge home was listed for $2,850,000 and our buyer bought it for $2.6M. That was super amazing because in March 2022 the initial listing price was $3.2M!!! We gave the client the history on the house,  and we were able to successfully negotiate the acceptance of our client's offer.

Diamond Head

 
This was another fabulous purchase for our buyers.  The property had originally been listed for $3.3M. Then it was re-listed for $2.9M and then further reduced to $2.7M.  We were able to negotiate and get the price down to $2.5M for our buyers.

Hawaii Loa Ridge

 
Our buyers had just moved to town and were anxious to get into a house as soon as possible.  The list price was $1,775,000 and we were able to negotiate the price of this Hawaii Loa Ridge home down to $1,650,000 --and during a high peak in the market.

This is a beautiful, very originial "Bali type" designed home which the buyers really appreciated. This home had originally been listed for $4,788,000, then lowered to $4,588,000.  During negotiations we successfully got the price down to $4,299,000!!!

It was listed for $2,295,000 and we were able to get the price down to $2,075,000.

The house was listed for $3,190,000 and after some negotiation the price was lowered to $3,100,000. Every little bit helps!

The property was listed for $2,350,000. We were able to help our buyer acquire it for $2,157,000.  We knew it was a great buy, and what is super amazing is only 2 years later our client Re-Financed it and it appraised for $4M.  He was able to "cash out" $2 MILLION DOLLARS!

North Shore

 
This property was listed for $1,888,000 and the buyer was able to buy it for $1,740,000. This little beach house on the North Shore sandy beach oceanfront was a great buy for these buyers.  There aren't as many sandy beachfront homes on the island as most people think. The home was small and simple but these buyers were able to own sandy beachfront for only $1,740,000.
