Meet Lisa Haeringer

Lisa Haeringer is an award-winning Realtor® with market insight and business instinct. A Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist with international real estate acumen, Lisa has finessed acquisitions of Condos to Castles. She defines the “Best of the Best” in real estate, as honored in Honolulu Magazine in 2009 as Best Realtor®. She is also one of only 4% of the nation’s Certified Residential Specialists, as well as an Accredited Buyers Representative, and is one of only 2000 US Realtors® with access to the network of Certified International Property Specialists. Her experience building and renovating homes, as well as staging and negotiating on her client’s behalf, has been perfected by years of successful transactions.

Lisa has consistently been an award-winning top producing Realtor® islandwide and was TOP SALESPERSON Company-Wide, as well as one of the TOP 100 Realtors® All-Islands in 2010. In addition, she was bestowed the coveted Aloha Aina People’s Choice Realtor® Award, after being nominated for exceptional professional service by her clients.

Lisa has lived in Hawaii since 1981. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in French Literature from the University of Hawaii in 1994. She was previously owner and president of a marketing firm in France, where she created the market for a new product. She holds an international patent for an innovative pharmaceutical product that is sold in several European countries. Lisa is well-versed in European culture and business practices excel in negotiation and conflict resolution and is fluent in French and proficient in German.

Lisa is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors®, the Hawaii Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, the Hawaii Certified Residential Specialists Chapter, the Hawaii International Real Estate Council (HIREC), and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative for the Real Estate Buyer’s Council of the National
\ Association of Realtors®.

As community service is of utmost importance to Lisa, from 2011- 2012 she was the 88th President of the Junior League of Honolulu, a non-profit organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities. She directed her Board, negotiated with vendors on behalf of the League, was the link to past and present members and the community, as well as the voice of the League to the press. Lisa uses her acting experience of past television commercials to film documentaries for the League, as well as to speak in her own real estate videos. She also volunteers for the American Heart Association and the Girl Scouts of America and served as President many years for the Ainamalu Community Association.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys decorating and renovating homes, dancing, playing guitar, singing, snow skiing, learning languages, participating in discussions on a wide array of topics, and traveling with her family.
